JUSTINE METRAL
"Révélation Adami", former artist in residence at the Chapelle Reine Elisabeth with Gary Hoffman, Justine graduated from the CNSMDP in June 2015 in the class of Philippe Muller then Raphaël Pidoux.
She was able to work with great personalities such as: Franz Helmerson, Gauthier Capuçon, François Salque, J. Peter-Maintz, Arto Noras, Christian Poltera, and Raphael Merlin.
Justine has performed at many festivals such as: the Radio France festival in Montpellier, at the Folles journées in Nantes, at the Roque d'Anthéron, at the "MozartFest" in Würzburg, at the "Pablo Casals" festival, at the presentation of the "Prix des neiges" awarded to Renaud and Gauthier Capuçon by the city of Chambéry as well as at the Rencontre Artistiques de Bel Air.
She has given concerts at the MC2 in Grenoble, at the Auditorium in Lyon, at the Cité de la Musique, at the Konzerthaus and Musikverein in Vienna, at the Royal Albert Hall, at the Théatre des Bouffes du Nord as well as in the great hall of the Philharmonie de Paris and her career has led her to play in Lithuania, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, etc.
In April 2017, she recorded Anton Reicha's trio for three cellos under the Alpha label. Justine was for many years the cellist of the Trio Metral.
First Prize in the 2017 Joseph Haydn competition, they recorded their first album dedicated to the trio of Felix Mendelssohn at the Aparté Label as well as a second album dedicated to the composers Shostakovich and Weinberg at the La Dolce Volta Label.
