Alberto Vingiano is frequently invited to perform as a soloist, in chamber groups or with orchestras. He performs in Italy, Switzerland, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Canada, Latin America… He also collaborates with national theatres such as the Opéra Comique de Paris, or the Théâtre de la Bastille.

In 1999, the Canadian publishing house Les Productions d’Oz entrusted him with a collection in which he made his own arrangements and transcriptions, and published composers of today.

His skills as an arranger have been rewarded by numerous collaborations:

in 2022 his arrangement of the song “Nuje vulimme nà speranza” by the rappers Lucariello e ‘NTO was included in the TV series GOMORRAH 5 and the arrangement of the famous Neapolitan song “Dicitencello vuje” in the new film by Marco d’Amore, “Napoli Magica”.

In the same year, he collaborated on the creation of two volumes for solo guitar of the most beautiful film scores with the legendary VLADIMIR COSMA.

Currently, he is a guitar teacher at the Conservatoire du Centre “W.A.Mozart” in Paris.

He obtained his classical guitar diploma at the “G. Frescobaldi” Conservatory of Music in Ferrara in the class of Roberto Frosali. He received the highest grade and an honors mention.

These years spent at the conservatory allowed him to access the highest courses in musical interpretation taught by the masters Alvaro Company and Alberto Ponce.

In 1991, he went to the École Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot, where he brilliantly completed the course and obtained three diplomas: the Higher Degree in Execution, the Higher Degree in Concert Performing and the Higher Degree in Chamber Music.

He was subsequently admitted to the CNSMP in the advanced cycle of string instruments, where, for the first time, a guitarist was selected at the end of the selection of entries.

He won many of the most prestigious international competitions: – 1st prize Vincenzo Galilei in Florence in 1990;

– 1st prize Città di Stresa in 1990;

– 1st prize Città di Sanremo in 1993;

– 1st prize Certamen Francisco Tárrega de Benicassim in 1994;

– special Sabam prize at the Walcourt Guitar Spring in 1994;

– 1st prize Emilio Pujol di Sassari in 1996 – 1st prize Bath International Guitar Competition in 1997.
